Taekwondo Classesin Vandalia, Ohio
Family Taekwondo runs four evenings a week for ages 4 and up, with daytime homeschool classes twice a week. Beginners and all ranks train in the same room.
Four evenings a week, every rank in the room
Taekwondo at MPower is open to ages 4 and up at every skill level, with an emphasis on self-discipline, physical fitness and self-defense technique. Instructors run the hour from start to finish.
Ranks train together rather than in separate rooms, so a white belt sees what comes next and a senior belt gets practice leading. Sparring is taught as its own skill once the fundamentals are there.
Come once before you decide anything. Bring your kids.

Homeschool Taekwondo, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 PM
Most martial arts classes start after the school run. Homeschool Taekwondo runs in the middle of the day instead — Tuesday and Thursday at 1:00 PM, sixty minutes, open to ages 4 and up, on the Academy floor at 270 N Dixie Dr in Vandalia.
It is the same curriculum as the evening Family Taekwondo classes, taught by the same instructors: stances, movement, kicks and forms, with sparring introduced as students progress. A student training at 1:00 PM is working toward the same ranks as one training at 6:30 PM, and families who want more mat time can do both.
MPower is a five-minute drive from central Vandalia and serves homeschool families across the north Dayton area. Members also have the gym floor 24 hours a day, so a parent can train while their kids are in class.
