Nobody starts knowing how to roll

Ghost Team Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at MPower Academy is a Carlson Gracie Team affiliate. Classes cater to all skill levels, covering submission skills for the real world and for live competition, taught by experienced BJJ professors.

Jiu-jitsu is learned by doing it with someone, slowly, with a partner who is also learning. The first class is positions and movement, not sparring.

Come once before you decide anything. Bring your kids.
