Mike baker

Co-owner of MPower Gym & Academy, Mike Baker brings 16 years of coaching expertise, a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Wright State, and CrossFit Level 1 certification. A decorated powerlifting champion holding state, national, and world records, he serves as Head Coach for Strength & Conditioning and Sports Performance. Beyond the gym, Mike’s passions include snowboarding, pickleball, fishing, and backpacking adventures.

Will Ashcraft

Sr. Master Will Ashcraft, a 7th-degree black belt and co-owner of MPower Gym & Academy, brings decades of expertise in martial arts, boxing, and fitness. A world-class martial arts medalist, he inspires growth through his motivational coaching style, emphasizing strength, resilience, and self-belief. Passionate about empowerment, he also leads talks on self-defense and personal growth for diverse audiences.

Ronda Brooks Stanoikovich

A skilled yoga instructor at MPower Gym & Academy, she is dedicated to helping students improve flexibility, build strength, and achieve inner peace. With a blend of traditional and modern techniques, her classes provide a supportive and empowering environment for individuals of all skill levels to grow, recharge, and find balance in both body and mind.

Neal Craft

With over 20 years of teaching experience, he holds a 1st-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a Judo brown belt under Dee Freeman, alongside a 2nd-degree black belt in Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan. A former MMA fighter with an amateur record of 12-2 and a pro record of 4-5, he brings expertise as a yoga instructor for 8 years and a personal trainer for 4 years, offering a dynamic and well-rounded approach to fitness and martial arts.

Saraea Mauch

With 3 years of experience as a personal trainer and pre-postnatal specialist, she also serves as an assistant varsity lacrosse coach for Northmont High School. Passionate about empowering women, she delivers strength training programs tailored to all ages and life stages. Her expertise fosters confidence, resilience, and results while inspiring women to achieve their goals through supportive and personalized training experiences.

Scott West

With decades of experience, Scott has coached football, rugby, and soccer, guiding teams to state competitions and mentoring players to collegiate success. As a seasoned rugby referee and former head of officials for Ohio and Kentucky, he brings a wealth of expertise in sports performance, technical training, and strength conditioning. His passion for coaching and dedication to fostering growth make him a valuable part of the team.

Stephanie Stamper

Stephanie is a boxing coach at MPower Gym & Academy with training in Taekwondo, karate, Muay Thai, and combatives. A proud Army National Guard veteran, she has over a decade of experience mentoring youth through church programs and coaching after-school boxing, inspiring confidence and discipline in every class.Her passion for empowering others drives her commitment to helping individuals achieve their goals.

Red Holston

With a B.S. in Exercise Science and Sport Performance and a minor in Coaching from Wilmington College, Coach Red Holston brings expertise and passion to MPower Gym & Academy. A former college football player with five years of experience, he combines his athletic background and education to inspire and guide individuals in reaching their fitness and performance goals. He is committed to fostering growth and excellence in every session.

Hyla Pitsenbarger

With a Sports Science degree from Wright State University and a personal training certification, Hyla Pitsenbarger brings over 15 years of fitness experience to MPower Gym & Academy. A former varsity athlete, she has completed a half marathon and is preparing for another, as well as a powerlifting competition. Passionate about the transformative power of exercise and nutrition, Hyla is excited to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

Mike Peyton

A certified personal trainer and soon-to-be Physical Therapist Assistant (May 2025), he brings specialized expertise in strength and conditioning alongside injury rehabilitation. With years of experience helping clients from all walks of life, he focuses on guiding individuals transitioning from physical therapy to maintain their progress, regain confidence, and achieve new fitness and strength milestones tailored to their needs.

Cathy Hackett

With a nurturing and empowering approach, this yoga instructor at MPower Gym & Academy focuses on building strength, flexibility, and cultivating inner balance. Classes are thoughtfully designed to inspire students of all levels while fostering personal growth in a welcoming environment. Each session offers mindfulness and purposeful movement, leaving participants feeling rejuvenated and accomplished.
