Kickboxing Classesin Vandalia, Ohio
Family Kickboxing runs twice a week for ages 13 and up. Hands, kicks, pads and bags, coached the whole hour, whatever level you walk in at.
Striking, footwork and conditioning in one hour
Kickboxing adds legs to the boxing toolkit — roundhouse kicks, knees, checks and the footwork that makes them land. You work pads with a partner and bags on your own, and the hour is coached start to finish.
Experience is not the entry requirement. Technique gets taught every week, so a first-timer and a regular can train the same session.
Come once before you decide anything.
