Boxing Classesin Vandalia, Ohio
Family Boxing is one class, every skill level, ages 8 and up. Parents and kids work the same bags in the same hour, four nights a week.
Nobody here started knowing how to box
Rounds run to a clock. An eight-year-old and a forty-year-old can work the same hour without either one being held back, because the work scales by effort instead of by group.
Most people who walk through the door have never thrown a punch that landed on anything. That's the room this class was built for.
Come once before you decide anything. Bring your kids.
